UCL Marshgate
Project Outline
The project scope covered all loose furniture and fittings across both
buildings, completed in phases spanning 2022 and 2023. Product selection
and specification was required working closely with Client’s project teams Turner and Townsned, Aecom, and appointed architects Sheppard Robson.
Manufacturing partners and products were selected against a variety to
criteria to reflect and embody responsible procurement across operation,
services and products.
Client Testimonial
"I always know with JPA that I’m getting the best service in the industry.
This project has been hugely challenging, not least because of the number of
items needing to go into such a vast building – our largest single investment
for the past decade.
Without JPA we would not have been able to translate
the architects concept into a real world solution, and with sustainability at the
forefront, of our decision and scoring process."

Mobilisation Manager
