We're proud of our benchmark certifications for Quality, Sustainability, Financial Probity and Health and Safety. These reflect our commitment to excellence and passion for responsible business operation and, our expertise and experience in workspace design.

Due diligence reporting also includes carbon-benchmarking to support clients' own ESG programmes, usually completed in-house by our Head of Sustainability, Fiona Edwards MIEMA, CEnv, CMrg.

Good Business Charter accredited
The Good Business Charter measures business behaviour over 10 categories: real living wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee wellbeing, employee representation, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, paying fair tax, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing, and prompt payment.
Real Living Wage Employer certified, since 2022
By paying the real Living Wage, employers like JPA Workspaces are voluntarily taking a stand to ensure their employees earn a wage which is enough to live on.
FISP certified (Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme), since 2008
FISP is an independently certified furniture industry sustainability programme promoting best practice to drive social, economic and environmental change. JPA Workspaces also sit on the FISP steering panel, helping to shape industry responses to Triple Bottom Line challenges.
