BRE Case Study (002)-1

BRE Watford, Science Park Building 17

Project Outline

The project involved clearing two floors of furniture in BRE’s building 17,
working closely with BRE Group to establish which items could be kept and
re worked into the new floorplans for 120 users. JPA worked with the BRE
Project Team and Feilden Clegg Bradley to finalise layouts and establish
requirements for new products to work alongside those identified as
suitable for re use, and integrate the two together seamlessly.

Client testimonial
“We’ve been working with JPA on the refurbishment and re furnishing of
BRE’s offices at their Watford campus. JPA’s approach is innovative and
pertinent of the times, prioritising the reuse, re-purposing and refurbishment
of furniture where possible along with new furniture provision and
manufacture to provide solutions that are not only sustainable but reduce
costs and add value.”
